3 simple steps to joining CrossFit Mooloolaba
Step 1: Book your initial consultation with a head coach.
Call or text 0409 064 255 to book your introductory one on one session. We’ll give you more insight into CrossFit, check your mobility and movement, learn about correct technique and go through goal setting with you.
Introductory package 80 – Includes one on one introductory session plus first week of beginner classes
Step 2: Jump into our beginners’ classes.
Attend as many beginners’ classes as you can (Time table). This is where you learn and practice the movements, begin to build your strength and fitness as well as get to know the community. We recommend making at least 3 sessions each week, progress comes much faster that way!
Step 3: You’re good to go! Join the community
After you have completed your introductory week, joining is a breeze. You don’t have to sort through marketing mumbo jumbo, platinum vs gold memberships etc etc. We keep it simple as we offer one membership type… That is come to as many coached classes as you can, get as much guidance as possible from our coaching staff and get your results. Simple, right?
Extra Step 4: Joining regular classes
Once you have mastered the basics it’s time to join the regular classes. Don’t worry you don’t have to be an elite athlete to join the classes, we still include a lot of coaching and building on the basics you will have learnt in the begginers’ classes. It’s just about moving with correct technique, because the magic is in the movements.

- NOTE our preferred and simplest method of payment is direct debit (not a contract). For cash or card payment frequency is 4 weekly ONLY
- Card payments incur a $5 administration fee
- We also cater for traveling workers . You simply pay for the weeks that you’re here and nothing when you’re not. This is not an option unless you are a traveling worker (administration approval only).
